On 13 December 2018, Her Excellency, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, signed letters patent appointing the Hon. Margaret McMurdo AC as Commissioner of the Royal Commission into the Management of Police Informants.
At 10.00am on 30 November 2020, Commissioner McMurdo delivered her final report and recommendations to the Governor of Victoria, thereby completing the Commission's work.
The Commission's final report is over 1000 pages long and made up of four volumes plus a summary with recommendations.
