This page contains written transcripts from the Commission’s hearings including its inaugural hearing and directions hearings.

The hearing schedule provides information about who gave evidence and when.

Please note that for many reasons, including claims of public interest immunity and court suppression orders; 19 transcripts were not published in full or part thereof.

Redactions and/or pseudonyms have been applied:

  • where court orders require it or a non publication order has been made by the Commissioner
  • where a PII claim was made in respect of that individual
  • where the Commission has determined it is appropriate based on requests for reputational, legislative, privacy or safety reasons.
